"I had the honor of Angela coordinating my wedding day on July 1, 2016. She so generously met with me several times before the wedding, asking all the right questions to help me put the timeline in order for the big day --- and most importantly, fit in EVERYTHING that was important to me and my husband in the schedule (as well as a few things I may have forgotten had she not made sure to schedule it in). Angela is full of energy, full of ideas, so kind and is always in the mindset to make things happen. She worked beautifully with ALL my vendors and my family just loves her! I had one last check in with her the day before my wedding. The next day, she arrived early in the morning to help coordinate the ceremony in Fremont, and after she traveled to San Jose to meet with all the arriving vendors to set up the reception venue. She went above and beyond to address the unpredictable mishaps of the day. My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the love, the energy, and care she put into making our day happen. "Working with Angela was a great experience. I liked her energy and how she kept us both on our toes with the wedding planning. In the beginning, I decided I wanted to plan and make everything on my own but me being a procrastinator, my husband and I both knew I was not going to get things done on time. Having Angela as our wedding planner made the planning process easier and not as stressful. We had relaxed and straightforward meetings where we went over our budget and checklist. Also, I loved how she was willing to do do-it-yourself projects for my bachelorette as well as for the wedding reception decorations. With Angela's down-to-earth attitude, organization, and expertise, she is very easy to work with. Thank you for all that you've done for us!"

"Angela Garcia of Perfectly Bubbly Events was truly a lifesaver and an essential part of the success and smoothness of our wedding in May 2017. But let me back up and explain WHY.
My wife and I met with Angela in August of 2016 and Angela explained the packages she offered. From the get-go, we let her know that we had our vendors lined up and what theme we wanted for the wedding and she advised that we get the "day-of" package. Initial impressions: super organized, professional, friendly, and funny! She made us feel relaxed.
Fast forward to April, a month before our wedding. We met up with her to start working on the hour by hour timeline of the day of. Let's just say we started drafting at approx. 6 PM and did not leave the coffee shop until about midnight. Her dedication and calmness was truly awesome. During this meeting, she asked all of the pertinent questions in terms of who needs to be where at what time, etc. This meeting gave us an idea of her duties and responsibilities in relation to us, our wedding party, and our other vendors. One week before the wedding, we went through our master timeline together. We were able to have every participating member of the wedding have a day-of timeline.
She took the time to introduce herself as the sole point of contact for our sponsors, wedding party, etc. at our wedding rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, she did SO much. Just as an example, she coordinated where every person was and how each vendor could find us in the hotel (before the wedding). At the reception, she made sure all of our decorations were set-up in the correct orientation. She drove my wife and I to our cottage to do outfit changes. She stayed after the event to clean up and even held onto our stuff for us. She made sure that our timeline was followed to the best of her ability.
To summarize, my wife and I have no regrets with working with Angela. She was so helpful and such a calming presence on the day of the wedding. She took care of every little detail and every little problem with finesse. I love that she represented US and our interests as a couple. Her passion and love for her work is contagious and shows when she's out and about. Thank you, Angela! You're truly amazing!"

"We feel extremely fortunate to have found Angela as our day-of coordinator we were 3 months away from our wedding when we realized that we needed help with the final stretch, someone who could help make our vision and all the details come together on the day-of. We were referred to Angela by another wedding coordinator (after panicking that we were too late in the game to find a good one to work with). From our first meeting with Angela, se set our minds at ease and we instantly felt a connection with her. from then on, she regularly checked in on us and asked if we needed help with anything and provided good input on our day-of timeline. Our wedding day went very smoothly, thanks to Angela and her assistant, who helped execute our vision and all the details we had wanted. We could not have possibly had the wedding that we wanted without Angela's help and assistance through it all. We are so happy with how everything turned out.
Angela is extremely easy to work with and very professional, organized, and on top of everything. She has a very calming presence and is a very loving person to work with. We are so happy to have with worked with Angela and words cannot express how grateful we are to have had her presence and help at our wedding.
